Hello, I’m Sabeena Bubber, thanks for taking the time to visit my website. I’m a mortgage consultant with Xeva Mortgage working on the North Shore in Vancouver.
Here is a bit about me so you can get to know me better. I decided to pursue a career as a mortgage broker in 2004 after working over 11 years in mortgage finance. I spent time with CitiFinancial, Equity Plus Financial and the Royal Bank of Canada. The experience I gained working with these companies allowed me to catapult into the independent mortgage broker role very successfully.
I am very proud to say that since 2004 I have helped over 2900 clients borrow over $750 Million in mortgages. I have won many local awards and have been named among the Top 50 Brokers in Canada by the CMP Magazine for several years running. In 2020, I was recognized for Canadian Mortgage Professional in the Hall of Fame. As well, I won an award for Outstanding Philanthropy and Community service for my work as founder of www.100brokers.org which has helped families and causes in need for the last few years. In 2015 and 2016 I was named a finalist for Mortgage Broker of the Year, while Xeva Mortgage won Best Newcomer in the Canadian Mortgage Awards in 2015. On numerous occasions, I have been selected by CMP magazine as a Woman of Influence in the Canadian Mortgage industry; as a woman who has made her mark on this industry. In 2019, I received the Inspiration award from my peer group, Women in the Mortgage Industry for my work on 100 Brokers. I feel truly blessed for all the recognition and honours I have received for the work that I have done to help others.
I am committed to finding solutions for my clients that go beyond just getting a good interest rate. I am a specialist in reading fine print and love to help my clients get the mortgage product that best suits their needs. I believe in establishing long term relationships with my clients. I am more than happy to help you secure a single mortgage, but I get really excited about giving you mortgage advice for life!
My clients know that I have their back, I do annual reviews and advise my clients when they are paying too much for their mortgages (when was the last time your bank called you to tell you that you are paying too much and they can save you money?). As such, my clients come back to me for advice frequently during the mortgage term so that we can align their mortgage repayment strategy with their other financial goals.
On a personal note, I’m a proud mother of two wonderful daughters who mean the world to me, and I’m a certified coach in NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP) and certified in Time Line Therapy ®. In my spare time, I love to work on NLP, I used it for the benefit of myself, my family, and the people that I mentor.
